Chinese immigrant Norman Hsu [Pronounced "Shoe"], is scheduled to go to trial in a federal courtroon on charges of fraud and racketeering. Prosecutors allege his fundraising efforts on behalf of Democrats amounted to a huge Ponzi scheme.
The LA Times reported Sept. 13:
Until recent weeks, Hsu was a darling of Democratic politicians, donating at least $600,000 himself during the last four years and raising far more than that from associates.
Among the candidates to whom he donated was Obama – a total of $7,000 in 2004 and 2005. Obama recently gave that same amount to charity. Hsu’s associates have given Obama at least $12,600 more.

In addition to the Rod Blagojevich pay-for-play probe, Obama could figure in the upcoming fraud trial of Norman Hsu, the disgraced Democratic fundraiser who was charged last year with operating a $60 million pyramid scheme. According to investigators, Hsu, a major Hillary Clinton fundraiser, pressured investors to donate money to political candidates with whom he was aligned. In a letter last week to U.S. District Court Judge Victor Marrero, Hsu's lawyer, Martin Cohen, requested a 60-day delay in the start of Hsu's trial, scheduled to open January 12 (Cohen cited the "extraordinary level of negative publicity" generated by the recent arrest of alleged Ponzi schemer Bernard Madoff).Meanwhile, confirmation hearings for Obama's Secretary of State nominee Hillary Rodham Clinton, are set to begin in early March.

Eric, just give me time, OK, be patient. I just came back from church, where we always enjoy a lunch and talking time. I also want to make an intelligent comment. I do not have any research about Hsu, but the guy looks like a crook, my Chinese friend, who can read faces very well, would say.
You can also add there is the constitutional issue that would bar her from becoming secretary of state. It was mentioned a bit on CNN etc. last year, but then just died away, while the Clinton News Network went out of their way in making Bil and Hillary Clinton and their dance main issue with New Year's celebration: Pathethic, to say the least! CNN sucks and so biased.
There is also the issue of the list of donors to Bill Clinton's foundation and the controversial issue with him in KL after his HK meeting.

Because I'm not a Democrat or a Republican, I don't feel obligated to defend either group. I can point and laugh at it all because, unlike you, I refuse to be a member of any political party's sheeple.
I didn't give Hsu a dime of my money so I have nothing to be upset with him about. If your tighty whities are all twisted up because of whatever he may have done, you shouldn't expect me to straighten them out and make you feel better about yourself. Just because something is important to you doesn't mean anyone else should care. Don't you have a wife at home? Why not get her to come and comment on this if it's so dern important?
